CityCenter Las Vegas

CityCenter Las Vegas, also referred to as ARIA Campus is a multi-resort development in the heart of Las Vegas Strip built with an ambition to refine and redefine Las Vegas, CityCenter debuted a new era of resort experiences. CityCenter is much more than a collection of resorts and residences; it's a community. A welcoming environment for people to gather, relax and enjoy.

Located on the Las Vegas Strip between the Bellagio and Park MGM resorts, CityCenter includes ARIA Resort & Casino, a 4,004-room casino resort; Vdara Hotel and Spa, a 1,495-room luxury condominium-style hotel; Crystals and the Veer Towers, which contain 669 luxury condominium residences.

Bringing a new level of environmental consciousness to the world-famous Vegas Strip. The U.S. Green Building Council awarded Gold LEED® certification to ARIA's hotel tower, convention center and theater; as well as Vdara Hotel and Waldorf Astoria Las Vegas.

Veer Towers

Veer TowersVeer Towers is CityCenter's most unique residential development. It's two 37-story glass towers is a masterful translation of energy and excitement into physical form. The glass towers shimmer day and night. Inclined at five-degree angles the towers seem to dance with each other.
Each tower houses approximately 335 modern condominium residences ranging from 500 to nearly 3,300 square feet available in studios; deluxe studios; one, two and three-bedroom flats and penthouses.

CityCenter Fine Art Collection

The first major permanent collection of art in Las Vegas to be integrated into a public space, the extraordinary artwork of CityCenter Fine Art Collection is one of the world's largest collections in existence today.

Ranging from sculpture to large-scale installations, the artwork of CityCenter features work by 15 acclaimed painters, sculptors and visionaries, including Maya Lin, Jenny Holzer, Nancy Rubins, and Frank Stella, among others.
