1 CONEXPO-CON/AGG Registration and Badge Pickup

Registering early will save you time and money and you can take advantage of the best hotel and travel rates available.

CONEXPO-CON/AGG badges are not mailed in advance of the show. Once you arrive in Vegas, save yourself some time and pick up your badge at the airport or one of the selected hotels before arriving at the show. If that's not possible, don't worry there will be four locations at the show grounds where you can pickup your badge, but expect a long line.

Here are locations to pick up your badge when you arrive in Las Vegas - this includes Harry Reid International Airport, several hotels, and four locations at the show grounds.
Note: Lost or misplaced CONEXPO badges will be charged the original amount paid.

2 Have a plan before arriving at CONEXPO-CON/AGG

The CONEXPO-CON/AGG & IFPE will be a 2.7 million square feet of exhibit space. A massive event with more innovations and more hands-on demos. Before arriving in Las Vegas, identify your goals for the show. Create a plan for each day with a list of exhibitors and products you are interested in and all of the booths you want to visit. Put them in order of priority: Must Stop, Should Stop, Want To Stop. (see Step 5 below). Face-to-face time with most exhibitors may be limited, so plan ahead and have a list of questions ready when you enter their booth.

The month of March in Las Vegas is usually mild, dry and sunny. A great CONEXPO-CON/AGG strategy is to visit outside exhibitors in the morning and then make your rounds on the inside booths in the afternoon, when the outside temperature rises.
