CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2020 Las Vegas


North America's largest construction trade show, CONEXPO-CON/AGG is the gathering place for all persons involved in all segments of the construction, aggregates and ready mixed concrete industries. CON EXPO Las Vegas 2020 will feature 2,800+ exhibitors and 150 education sessions, spread over 2,600,000 square feet of exhibit space at the Las Vegas Convention Center.

Sometimes referred to as the heavy equipment expo Las Vegas, the CON EXPO trade show takes place in Las Vegas every 3 years and is organized by the Association of Equipment Manufacturers (AEM). CONEXPO-CON/AGG brings together contractors, materials producers, government and institutional sector officials with experts who represent asphalt, concrete, aggregates, lifting, earthmoving, mining, utilities and related industry segments. Besides the breath-taking exhibition of the latest technologies and innovations in equipment, products and services, CONEXPO-CON/AGG also provides value to participants through extensive industry-targeted education sessions.

Who can attend CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2020

Anyone can attend CONEXPO-CON/AGG & IFPE 2020.
Registration for admission is however required to attend CONEXPO-CON/AGG & IFPE 2020.
To register for a badge to attend, you will be asked for your Company name and contact details.
Attendees 18 years or older must pay the admission fee. Children under 18 years must register and be accompanied by an adult at all times. Identification showing proof of age may be required.
Every registrant will receive an official show badge.
Your show badge must be worn at all times to gain entry to CONEXPO-CON/AGG & IFPE 2020.

Things you should know about CONEXPO-CON/AGG & IFPE 2020

Las Vegas Festival Grounds CONEXPO-CON/AGG & IFPE 2020 will cover 2.6 million sq. ft., which is the equvilent to 50 football fields of indoor and outdoor exhibits. This will be a massive event.

2020 CONEXPO-CON/AGG Badges will not be mailed in advance of the show. You will receive a list of all badge pick up locations before your arrival in Las Vegas

2020 CONEXPO-CON/AGG Exhibitor Directory

Starting in 2020 CONEXPO-CON/AGG is expanding to include the Las Vegas Festival Grounds, located on the Las Vegas Strip adjacent to the Circus Circus Hotel.

The exhibits in the Festival Grounds will include aerial and cranes, earth moving, hauling and underground construction.

In case you can't tell by now, CONEXPO-CON/AGG is the must-attended event for construction industry professionals

How to get from Las Vegas Convention Center to the Festival Grounds

During the CONEXPO-CON/AGG & IFPE 2020 official show days there are 4 ways to get from Las Vegas Convention Center to the Las Vegas Festival Grounds.

1 Hop on one of the dedicated CONEXPO-CON/AGG Complementary Show Shuttles that will be running on a continious loop between the Las Vegas Convention Center and the Festival Grounds and back again. Your badge gives you access to the shuttle service.

2 Ride one of the CONEXPO-CON/AGG Complementary Hotel Shuttles directly from your hotel to the Festival Grounds. Again, your badge gives you access to the shuttle service.

3 Ride the Las Vegas Monorail from the Las Vegas Convention Center Station, two stops to the SAHARA Las Vegas Station. From there, walk across the Monorail's pedestrian bridge across Paradise Ave. and make your way through SLS Las Vegas before crossing Las Vegas Blvd and entering the Festival ground gates.

Note: Your badge includes a free monorail pass to offer attendees a free opportunity to ride the Las Vegas Monorail to the SAHARA Station.

4 Walking!. This is probably the least recommended way to get to the Festival grounds. From the Las Vegas Convention Center, walk North on Paradise Rd, just before you get to Westgate Las Vegas, turn left onto Elvis Presley Blvd. Walk up Elvis Presley Blvd to Las Vegas Blvd. (the Strip). Make a right on Las Vegas Blvd. Walk up the Strip. Festival Grounds is across the street after you pass Circus Circus Hotel.

Getting around CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2020

The 2020 CONEXPO-CON/AGG Hotel Shuttle
The CONEXPO-CON/AGG Complementary Hotel Shuttles will operate on official show days March 10-14, 2020, during peak hours. (no mid-day service)

Tuesday, March 10: 8 am – 11 am and 2 pm – 6 pm
Wednesday, March 11: 8 am – 11 am and 2 pm – 6 pm
Thursday, March 12: 8 am – 11 am and 2 pm – 6 pm
Friday, March 13: 8 am – 11 am and 2 pm – 6 pm
Saturday, March 14: 8 am – 11 am and 1 pm – 4 pm

Your badge gives you access to the shuttle service that runs both between the Las Vegas Convention Center and the Festival Grounds as well as all official CONEXPO-CON/AGG & IFPE 2020 hotels (with exception to hotels located within walking distance of convention center and/or Festival Grounds).

Show Shuttle - CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2020 Show Shuttle are mini shuttle buses that travel between Festival Grounds and the Las Vegas Convention Center.

Las Vegas Monorail - The Las Vegas Monorail has 3 stops near the CONEXPO-CON/AGG show. Las Vegas Convention Center Station, Westgate Station and SAHARA Station. Your show badge includes a 3-day unlimited monorail pass. Just scan your badge QR code at the Monorail gate and get on the train.

Taxi, Uber or Lyft - There will be designated pickup and drop-off locations at the show locations to accommodate taxi and rideshare transportation. CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2020 Rideshare pick-up/drop-off locations

Golf Cart Service & Pedicab Service - Hop on and Hop off Golf Cart Service & Pedicab Service at the Las Vegas Convention Center. There are no designated pickup areas for golf cart or pedicab services. Just watch for these around the show campus and if seats are available, alert the driver and hop on.

Navigating CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2020 - Tips & Tricks

With 2 official venues at the Las Vegas Convention Center and the Las Vegas Festival Grounds, CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2020 will span more than 3 million net square feet of exhibit space. The breadth of equipment on display across both locations will be the first major shock to both newbies and return visitors. Knowing how to work the exhibit floor and getting around is important. Follow the steps below for some time saving and money saving tips and tricks

1 Plan ahead
The CONEXPO-CON/AGG & IFPE will be a massive event with more innovations and more hands-on demos. Plan to spend at least two days at the show or longer if possible.

2 Wear comfortable walking shoes
The average CONEXPO-CON/AGG & IFPE attendee will clock in approximately 2 - 3 miles walking the exhibit space alone. Plan to arrive in Las Vegas with the most comfortable walking shoes you can get. (Your feet will thank you later)

3 Pick up your badge off-site, if possible
Save yourself some time and pick up your badge at the airport or one of the selected hotels before arriving at the show. There will still be three locations at the show grounds where you can pickup your badge.

4 Allow extra time for everything
Plan ahead and allow extra time for everything. Expect long lines and thick crowds both indoors and outdoors at CONEXPO-CON/AGG and IFPE. Also be prepared for long cab lines or rental car check-in lines.

5 Download the CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2020 App
The official CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2020 app (when available) will have everything you need at your finger tips to make the most out of your CONEXPO-CON/AGG & IFPE 2020 experience.

6 Take the FREE Shuttle
The 2020 CONEXPO-CON/AGG will offer complimentary shuttle bus service between the Las Vegas Convention Center(LVCC) and the Festival Grounds as well as all official CONEXPO-CON/AGG & IFPE 2020 hotels during during official show days. Take advantage of these FREE shuttle buses when you can.

7 Drink plenty of water
The daily temperature in Las Vegas in early March can get as high as 77°F / 25°C. Drink plenty of water and schedule breaks now and then to recharge.

8 Sleep
Vegas is a 24 hour city. Get some sleep whenever you can.
