Sometimes referred to as the heavy equipment expo Las Vegas, the CONEXPO trade show takes place in Las Vegas every 3 years and is organized by the Association of Equipment Manufacturers (AEM). Anyone can attend CONEXPO-CON/AGG & IFPE 2023.
Registration for admission is however required to attend CONEXPO-CON/AGG & IFPE 2023.
To register for a badge to attend, you will be asked for your Company name and contact details.
Every registrant will receive an official show badge.
Your show badge must be worn at all times to gain entry to CONEXPO-CON/AGG & IFPE 2023.
Attendees 18 years or older must pay the admission fee.
Children under 18 years must register and be accompanied at all times by an adult who is registered to attend.
Children 6 - 17 years will be required to purchase a $10 badge.
Children 5 and under will not be required to purchase a show badge but will be badged for identification purposes.

IFPE education is grouped in two tracks: Track 1 Hydraulics & Pneumatics at Work and Track 2 The Business of Fluid Power.
Do you know ....
For 2020, you could mix and match education sessions between both CONEXPO-CON/AGG and IFPE (International Fluid Power Exposition). Pay one price and select education from both shows!
All attendees must have an official show badge to enter any CONEXPO-CON/AGG & IFPE 2023 venue. Have your badge handy and ready to show as you enter CONEXPO-CON/AGG official show venues.
All bags will be searched at the entrance to all show venues and show attendees will be subject to metal detection screening upon entering show premises.
Rolling bags of any size are prohibited including luggage, carry-ons, laptop and computer bags and rolling luggage carts.
Do not bring your luggage to show venue on your last day in Las Vegas. It's recommended that you check your bags at your hotel bell desk before coming to the show.
Expect delays entering show venues. Simply build time into your schedule for screening delays.
Expect heavy security and law enforcement personnel both inside and outside of show venues.
Once you arrive in Vegas, you are encouraged to pick up your badge at McCarran Airport or one of the select hotels before arriving at the show. This will save you a lot of time.
Save yourself the hassle and leave your bags and luggage at your hotel.
If you must carry a bag, use clear, vinyl or mesh bags to expedite bag search process and make sure your bag fits the size requirements.
