With two CONEXPO-CON/AGG official venues at the Las Vegas Convention Center and the Las Vegas Festival Lot, CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2026 will feature more than 2,000 exhibitors spread out over 2.7 million square feet. The breadth of equipment on display across both locations will be the first major shock to both newbies and return visitors to the show. Understanding how to get around the venues and exhibit floor is important.
Having a plan on how to get from point A to B efficiently is key. The great news is there are several options to get from your hotel to CONEXPO-CON/AGG locations at both the Las Vegas Convention Center and the Las Vegas Festival Lot. There are even ways to get around CONEXPO-CON/AGG exhibit locations at the Las Vegas Convention Center. Here's a rundown of transportation options at CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2023.
The CONEXPO-CON/AGG Complementary Hotel Shuttles will operate between the Las Vegas Convention Center, the Festival Lot, and all official show hotels that are not within walking distance. Shuttles will operate on all official show days March 14 - 18, 2023, during peak hours. (no mid-day service)

CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2023 Express Shuttles are mini shuttle buses that travel between Convention facilities during show hours connecting:

These are Mini buses that offer a free hop-on/hop-off service around the perimeter of the Las Vegas Convention Center. These continuously-running mini buses make stops at:

The LVCC Campus Shuttles will run on a continuous loop to/from LVCC Halls during the following hours:
Tuesday, March 14 - Friday March 17 (8:00AM - 5:30PM)
Saturday, March 18 (8:00AM - 3:30PM)
The Las Vegas Monorail has 3 stops near the CONEXPO-CON/AGG show. Las Vegas Convention Center Station, Westgate Station and SAHARA Station. Purchase a discounted pass when you register. Then simply scan your badge QR code at the Monorail gate and get on the train.
Option 2:
Getting to the Festival Lot - The Las Vegas Monorail offers you another way to get to the Festival Lot from the Las Vegas Convention Center. To get there, make your way towards the Las Vegas Monorail’s Convention Center Station. The station is just steps outside the Convention Center – you can’t miss it! Board a northbound train, in the direction of the Westgate and SAHARA Stations. You’re headed for the most northern station at The SAHARA.
Once you arrive at the SAHARA Station, walk across the Monorail’s pedestrian bridge and make your way through SAHARA before crossing Las Vegas Blvd and entering the festival lot gates.
There are four designated pick-up/drop-off areas for taxis.

Getting around the Las Vegas Convention Center campus is now a breeze, thanks to the new 6-passenger-station, Las Vegas Convention Center Loop. The innovative underground transportation system provides fast, free and accessible transportation for convention and trade show attendees across the LVCC campus, connecting the West Hall with Central, South Halls (adjacent to the Platinum parking lot) and Resorts World Las Vegas. The most affordable way to travel from Downtown area hotels to the Las Vegas Convention Center is to ride the Deuce (bus), Southbound from Downtown. Get off at the Resorts World stop. Walk across the Strip and the West Hall of the Las Vegas Convention Center is a 10 minute walk.
