"Chocolate Liberty" completed in 2014 is approximately 12' in height and was sculpted from over 500 pounds of Hershey's Chocolate. It took 30 days to construct by artists Jim Victor and Marie Pelton. The understructure to hold up the chocolate material is made from wood, steel, and styrofoam.
