The Big Apple Roller Coaster & Arcade at New York-New York Hotel & Casino is located inside the Coney Island mid-way. The Big Apple Roller Coaster at New York New York is a Coney Island style roller coaster that twists, loops and dives around the hotel. This roller coaster climbs 203 feet (62 metres) and drops 144 feet (44 metres), leaving your pulse trying to catch up at 67 miles (107 kilometres) per hour.

The Big Apple Roller Coaster Virtual Reality Experience is a white-knuckle ride high above The Strip and combines thrill-seekers need for speed with advanced, immersive graphics resulting in a 4D experience that's out of this world. Riders have two experience options; an alien chase through the Nevada desert and up the Las Vegas Strip or monsters battling in New York City.

This thrill ride catapults 16 riders from the 921-foot high platform on top of the STRAT SkyPod. The Big Shot travels at 45 miles per hour and riders experience 4G's as they reach the very top and also experience negative G's on their way down.
