You will find the Flamingo & Caesars Palace Monorail Station located at the Flamingo Las Vegas on the east side of Las Vegas Blvd. Enter the Flamingo Hotel & Casino lobby and walk through casino towards the parking garage to get to the Monorail Station.
Monorail connector walkway is located just past the retail stores. Take escalator up and follow the signs to the Monorail connector walkway. This Walkway is located next to the parking garage entrance
