NADA Show is not open to the general public. You must own, operate and work within the franchised new-car dealership industry to attend.
Children under age 18 may attend the Expo only when accompanied by an adult. Registration for children is complimentary and must be done onsite.
Children over age 18 must register to attend. If they wish to attend educational programming, they must register as a dealership manager.
Every registrant will receive an official show badge.
Your show badge must be worn at all times to gain entry to NADA Show 2024. Sharing of badges is strictly prohibited.
You are allowed 1 free lost/forgotten badge reprint. Any reprints after that are charged a $50 fee.

The following tips will help you make the most of your 2022 NADA Show Experience
1 Register early for NADA Show
Registering early for NADA Show will save you time and money. NADA Show early bird rate ends Friday, November 12, 2021 and advance rate ends Wednesday, March 9, 2022.
2 Have a plan before arriving at NADA Show 2024
Before arriving in Las Vegas, you and your team should identify your goals for the show. Make a list of the marketplace and product categories you are interested in and all of the booths you want to visit. Put them in order of priority: Must Stop, Should Stop, Want To Stop. Face-to-face time with most vendors may be limited, so plan ahead and have a list of questions ready when you enter their booth.
3 Arrive Well Rested
The 2022 NADA Show is 4 days of interacting with the automotive industry's brightest minds from all areas of your dealership. There will be lots of networking with fellow dealers, OEMs, exhibitors, industry affiliates and some educational seminars. As you will see, there's a lot packed into those 4 days and every second will count. The days will be long with lots of networking opportunities. Get plenty of rest before arriving in Las Vegas. Do not arrive worn down.
4 Wear the right attire and comfortable shoes
The NADA Show is a business to business trade show. Business or business casual attire is suggested. Suit and tie is not necessary but dressing comfortably with comfortable shoes is key to an enjoyable NADA Show.
Bring your most comfortable shoes - The average NADA Show attendee will clock in approximately 2 - 3 miles a day walking the 700,000 Sq. ft. show floor alone. Plan to arrive in Las Vegas with the most comfortable walking shoes you can get (Your feet will thank you later). Comfortable shoes will give you a chance to see most of what the show has to offer.
5 Use the "MySchedule" event planning tool
Take advantage of MySchedule event planning tool before you get to Vegas.
View Exhibitor list and add exhibitors to your expo plan.
Email your chosen exhibitors to learn more about what they will be showcasing and to set up meetings with them before their calendars fill up.
Add sessions to your personal calendar.
Explore the interactive floor plan and map out the exhibitors you would like to visit once you get to the show.
Once you're done, sync your MySchedule itinerary to the NADA Show mobile app (when available) and you're good to go.
6 2024 NADA Mobile App
Download the NADA Show 2024 Mobile App (when available). The app will allow you to get up-to-the-minute information, find a listing of scheduled events, manage your personal agenda ("MySchedule"), view the exhibitor directory, quickly navigate the show floor, find and connect with fellow NADA Show attendees and exhibitors, view session details and much more.
7 Take advantage of the FREE Transportation
There are lots of ways to get around Las Vegas, but it's worth mentioning that free shuttle service will be provided between the NADA Show at the Las Vegas Convention Center and official NADA hotels from Thursday, March 10 through Sunday, March 13. Save money and take advantage of this FREE shuttle when you can.
8 Follow up with your new contacts once you get back home
By Day 4 you'll discover you have collected a lot of business cards and promotional items. Your work actually starts when you get back home. Follow up right away with your new contacts while all the information is fresh in your head. Do not wait a month or two to make contact.
