Attendees may register online, via mail, fax or on-site. Although On-site registration will be available, show attendees are encouraged to register online to save time and money.

NADA Show is not open to the general public. You must own, operate and work within the franchised new-car dealership industry to attend.
Children under age 18 may attend the Expo only when accompanied by an adult. Registration for children is complimentary and must be done onsite.
Children over age 18 must register to attend. If they wish to attend educational programming, they must register as a dealership manager.
Every registrant will receive an official show badge.
Your show badge must be worn at all times to gain entry to NADA Show 2022. Sharing of badges is strictly prohibited.
You are allowed 1 free lost/forgotten badge reprint. Any reprints after that are charged a $50 fee.

Celebrate the return of the in-person NADA Show in Las Vegas with an exciting Welcome Kickoff Reception at Allegiant Stadium. Wear your favorite NFL team jersey and network with fellow dealers, OEMs, exhibitors and industry affiliates, while enjoying delicious gourmet food and top-shelf beverages. Performing at the Kickoff Reception will be Grammy-winning Train.
Tickets for the Welcome Kickoff Reception are included as part of registration for NADA dealers, managers and their guests.
Non-member dealers, managers, international affiliates and exhibitors may purchase Welcome Kickoff Reception ticket for $250.
NADA is monitoring federal, state and local guidance and requirements related to in-person events, including guidance or requirements related to masking. It is too early to make a determination on specific actions the 2022 NADA Show might take regarding masks. Currently the The State of Nevada requires all individuals two years of age or older to wear face coverings or masks in public, indoor areas, regardless of COVID-19 vaccination status.

1 Register early for NADA Show
Registering early for NADA Show will save you time and money. NADA Show early bird rate ends Friday, November 12, 2021 and advance rate ends Wednesday, March 9, 2022.
2 Have a plan before arriving at NADA Show 2022
Before arriving in Las Vegas, you and your team should identify your goals for the show. Make a list of the marketplace and product categories you are interested in and all of the booths you want to visit. Put them in order of priority: Must Stop, Should Stop, Want To Stop. Face-to-face time with most vendors may be limited, so plan ahead and have a list of questions ready when you enter their booth.
3 Arrive Well Rested
The 2022 NADA Show is 4 days of interacting with the automotive industry's brightest minds from all areas of your dealership. There will be lots of networking with fellow dealers, OEMs, exhibitors, industry affiliates and some educational seminars. As you will see, there's a lot packed into those 4 days and every second will count. The days will be long with lots of networking opportunities. Get plenty of rest before arriving in Las Vegas. Do not arrive worn down.
4 Wear the right attire and comfortable shoes
The NADA Show is a business to business trade show. Business or business casual attire is suggested. Suit and tie is not necessary but dressing comfortably with comfortable shoes is key to an enjoyable NADA Show.
Bring your most comfortable shoes - The average NADA Show attendee will clock in approximately 2 - 3 miles a day walking the 700,000 Sq. ft. show floor alone. Plan to arrive in Las Vegas with the most comfortable walking shoes you can get (Your feet will thank you later). Comfortable shoes will give you a chance to see most of what the show has to offer.
5 Use the "MyPlanner" event planning tool
Take advantage of MyPlanner before you get to Vegas. View Exhibitor list, explore the interactive floor plan and map out the exhibitors you would like to visit once you get to the show. Email your choosen exhibitors to learn more about what they will be showcasing and to set up meetings with them before their calendars fill up. Once you're done, sync your MyPlanner itinerary to the NADA Show mobile app and you're good to go.
6 2022 NADA Mobile App
Download the NADA Show 2022 Mobile App (available January 2022). The app will allow you to get up-to-the-minute information, find a listing of scheduled events, manage your personal agenda ("MyPlanner"), view the exhibitor directory, quickly navigate the show floor, find and connect with fellow NADA Show attendees and exhibitors, view session details and much more.
7 Take advantage of the FREE Transportation
There are lots of ways to get around Las Vegas, but it's worth mentioning that free shuttle service will be provided between the NADA Show at the Las Vegas Convention Center and official NADA hotels. Save money and take advantage of this FREE shuttle when you can.
8 Follow up with your new contacts once you get back home
By Day 4 you'll discover you have collected a lot of business cards and promotional items. Your work actually starts when you get back home. Follow up right away with your new contacts while all the information is fresh in your head. Do not wait a month or two to make contact.
Each morning and afternoon during the 2022 NADA Show, free shuttle service will be provided between the NADA Show at the Las Vegas Convention Center and official NADA hotels. Service begins Thursday, March 10 and runs through Sunday, March 13. (shuttle schedule to be announced)
If you plan to use Uber, Lyft and other transportation network companies during the NADA Show, the designated pickup location to meet your driver is the Diamond Lot 1 at the Las Vegas Convention Center West. This is located outside of West Hall 4.
Flat rate zone-based taxi fares are in effect at McCarran International Airport. Your taxi fare from McCarran Airport to the Las Vegas Convention Center is $27. Use this list to find Las Vegas taxi fares from the Airport to other locations on or around the Strip.
The Las Vegas Monorail offers an alternative way of getting to the NADA Show with a stop directly in front of the Las Vegas Convention Center. Ride the Las Vegas Monorail from a station near your hotel to the Las Vegas Convention Center Station.

Getting around the Las Vegas Convention Center campus is now a breeze, thanks to the new 3-passenger-station, Las Vegas Convention Center Loop. The innovative underground transportation system provides free, fast and convenient transportation for convention and trade show attendees across the Las Vegas Convention Center campus.
Las Vegas Convention Center Loop connects the new West Hall with the existing campus (North/Central/South Halls). Typical walk time between the West Hall to the existing North/Central Hall can take up to 25 minutes. The same trip on Las Vegas Convention Center Loop takes approximately two minutes.
McCarran International Airport is located just 2 miles from the Vegas Strip and 3.5 miles from the Las Vegas Convention Center. Most hotels are located within a 15-minute drive from the airport.
