2. Set up a new account or log in
3. Select Buy Passes
4. Select Pass Type
5. Select Pass (single or multiple)
6. Purchase your pass and activate when ready for use.
You can load cash onto your rideRTC account at nearly 350 locations across the Las Vegas Valley. The process is Quick, Contactless & Convenient. Visit any participating:
Pilot Travel Centers
1. Show the barcode.
2. Tell the cashier the amount of cash you want to load to your account.
3. The cashier will scan your barcode and take your payment.
4. Your balance will be waiting for you once you’re ready to purchase a pass.
rideRTC Passes are nontransferrable.
All passes purchased using RTC app are delivered to your mobile wallet on your smartphone as "Inactive." You must activate your pass before boarding and show the pass on your smartphone to the bus driver.
Once activated, a pass will expire when it has reached the end of the allowed usage time. For example, a 24-Hour pass will expire 24 hours after activation.
All passes delivered to the mobile wallet on your smartphone will remain in the ticket wallet for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. After this time, the passes will auto-activate.
The 15 and 30-day passes on the other hand activate upon purchase and will expire either 15 days or 30 days from the time of purchase.
Residential Routes: 2-Hour, 24-Hour, 7-Day, 15-Day and 30-Day passes.
Deuce on the Strip route: 2-Hour, 24-Hour, and 3-Day passes.
Reduced fares are only available to current RTC reduced fare ID card holders with an account setup on the rideRTC app.
New riders wishing to purchase reduced fare on the rideRTC transit app, must first obtain a new Reduced Fare, Mobility Trained or Veterans identification card (ID) from the RTC in person at the two locations below. Then follow these steps:
1. Click the menu icon
2. Select "Profile" under "Account Settings"
3. Then click on "My Discounts"
4. Select "Reduced Pass"
5. Then enter your reduced fare I.D. number and click "Save."

The Transit Watch feature is a non-emergency incident report. In emergency, users are urged to call 9-1-1 just as they would in any other emergency.
